Our founder, Benny Essig, is a trained arborist with years of hands-on experience in tree work, land clearing, grading, and site preparation. What began as a tree business has grown into a full-service land development operation, handling everything from selective tree removal and road grading to culvert installation, excavation, and retaining walls.
We are especially passionate about land development — the early, critical stage where a vision starts to take physical form. From clearing and shaping the land to creating access roads and preparing foundations, we focus on doing the work right the first time so everything that follows is built on solid ground.
